Hi everyone. I found this forum quite by accident, looking for other Sherlock followers to talk to about the series. It probably goes without saying that I am addicted and cannot wait for the next episode! It seems like a great community, and I can't wait to jump into the discussions.

Yes, I am. I found the series through the wonder of Netflix and a little time at night to myself It all started with watching the BBCs "Being Human" (I don't like the American version, believe it or not) so now I am completely addicted. What is really funny is that I just obtained copies of all the original Sherlock stories about a year ago. I really need to read them all *again!* (There was a saying in my English Lit class a few years ago that "all the best writers are British," I only argued that they needed to add in Stephen King---but I am getting way off topic!

Cool! Another Southwest Ohioan to bug! 
I'm a fan of the old stories, and Being Human, too.... although haven't seen the American version... part of me curious, but so much else I'm getting around to reading and watching, and the BBC version so good, that I didn't really feel compelled to get to another americanized version... ;P Have fun and browse through the sections for the episodes... so much more fun little things to soak in than might realize, since the writers are quite Sherlock geeks, too!
