Yes, John thinks it's a clue in morse but it's actually random lights caused by people dogging in their cars. Ever since I saw that episode, in my head umqra has become a synonym for engaging in naughty activities .

I live in Michigan, USA, so anything starting with UM makes me think "University of Michigan"! I wonder if the University has a "Quality Review Advisory" department? Or, if we put our heads together, we could come up with something Sherlockian.
