Is that it? We just met and now I’m going to introduce myself?
Problem?
You don’t know a thing about me, you don’t know where I’m from, you don’t even know my name!
The name is Lelli and the address Switzerland
I followed Pitagor to this Forum. She infected me with the Sherlock-virus and now I can’t get rid of it. Not that I would want to but still… its all her fault! So I think I owe her…
I’m quite new in being sherlocked… my friend and I just watched my first episode a few months ago. I missed the study in pink an TV and I had to watch the blind banker in German and it just isn’t the same (simply Sherlock’s voice is worth watching it in English). And I fell in love with the series immediately. Now I have watched all the episodes (of course) but it’s not enough!
I am lucky enough to have pitagor to talk about all those feelings swelling up after I think about Sherlock, or worse, Johnlock, or worse, Reichenbachfall… *sob*
Maybe it isn’t good to have an other Sherlock fan around permanently… We keep on citing Sherlock quotes, discussing all sorts of Sherlock topis, and worst of all we remind us of *sob*… you know what I mean!
Then a few weeks ago I slept over at her place and we watched Sherlock till morning and did all orts of Sherlock-y stuff.
Thanks to Sherlock I dug out an old John-like pullover, got myself a blue scarf and an orange blanket and I plan on sewing a red buttonhole on my coat.
My general opinion:
Sherlock: He’s just amazing! Nothing more to say… AND: Of course I believe in him!
John: He’s really cuddly and a great character
Johnlock: Totally ship it!
Moriarty: First of all: He war real!
I just can’t hate him how ever much I try. I sort of really like him. He’s just great and I think he’s brilliant. Pitagor and her parents (well her mom) always mock me for falling in love with the bad guy.
Anderson/Sally: X( Why?!?
Sherlock really changed my way of looking at things. During English lessons I always wince whenever examples like “John… or “…going to fall… come up. I look out for people in coats and I can’t stop observing people and try deducing. It doesn’t work though… I might be a sociopath but I’m not high functioning enough. Also Pitagor and I started only texting in English and singing with our initials. Moriarty made me a chewing gum addict.
About me, there’s not much to say… I live in Switzerland. Switzerland sadly isn’t blessed with too much Sherlock fans but still… here I am! I’m still going to school, I speak German but I also speak English ever since I’m a little girl but that doesn’t make my writing really good… I like walking with my dog, writing and I’m sort of into maths even though I’m blond and the only girl in my maths-class.
Now! Before I can’t stop myself from talking about Sherlock I’ll end this post, because since I’m on this board now I’ll have enough opportunities to do so.
Well that’s me: Lelli
I hope you’ll take good care of me
P.S.:Ouuups... I wrote quite some bit...

Lelli, welcome to the forum. It's great to have you and your friend although I fear yours is a very bad case of being Sherlocked, Benaddicted or whatever. But I can assure you, you're not alone. Just look around and you'll find many interesting pics, games, discussions …

You might be right... It really is bad... *sigh*
I always shiver whenever the topic sherlock comes up... ^^''

But at least you've got a close friend with whom to share your passion. That's a wonderful thing.

Welcome, Lelli! The best threads(in my opinion) are the favourite [insert character] pictures and hangman.

I love the way you write/talk English, my dear :-) Your introduction make me laugh a lot, you're just great!
And of course it's funny that you're so obsessed with Jim-but, i can understand it. As you said, he's a great character and the actor is fantastic! ;-)
I'm really happy to have you at my side in reality - and of course proud to have "sherlocked" you! :-)
