And I long for a Sherlock/John hug like that. Maybe after John gets done knocking him flat, when he finds out he's alive, they can finally share a hug. Hey, a girl can dream.

Yep. Not a bad idea. Stick it on the ceiling over the bed. But make sure, when you photoshop that woman out of the photo, that you also remove her bony hand from his shoulder. Ick.

You know, he looks quite debauched in this photo. One cuff undone, the boots unzipped. As though he's on the way to undressing or just having gotten dressed, whichever. His hair is still neat, so maybe he's just arrived. Mmmm. I wonder where he left his black leather jacket....

Heh, her hand looks very much like mine.
I wish I had the photoshop skills to remove her. I can do some minor layer manipulation, but there's no way I could get the bed right. Although... I could possibly put a photo of myself in her place... That's not a creepy thought, is it?
