I have a few ideas but wanted to wait in case there are other suggestions already
Btw, would anybody fancy creating a list of the topics we had here?

I would like to suggest a topic. I had an idea yesterday (or rather, today - yes, it was late) because of the hangman thread. There is this scene in SIB where Sherlock says "what a tender world that would be" if Mrs Hudson's whimpering could impede the flight of a bullet. So, if that is one of the rules of the fantasy world Sherlock would like to live in, what other rules would it have?
I would start with:
Anderson never talks.

Now here's the masterlist. That was hard work:
- I was going to a Sherlock convention and I took with me …
- In my pink overnight bag I packed …
- Things you find in Sherlock's apartment
- Things you could find in St. Barts
- Things you would never find in Sherlock's pockets
- Things you could ask Dear Jim for
- Responses from John when he finds out Sherlock is alive
- Place where Sherlock has gone or maybe will go to
- I'm a doctor, not a/an …
- Sherlock-related Olympic activities
- Mrs Hudson loves to bake - what does she bake for Sherlock and John?
- Pets for John and Sherlock -
- Things Sherlock would never do or say
- Words you could ose to describe Sherlock
- Words you would not use to describe Sherlock
- What words would you use to describe John?
- Fangirling vocabulary
- Words to describe Mycroft
- Words to describe Molly
- Requirements Sherlock would have for a wife
- Remarks potential clients may hear from Sherlock
- Things that Sherlock could say to John after coming back to life
- What could be hidden in the room next to Sherlock's bedroom?
- Things Sherlock keeps in his bedside locker drawer
- What would Moriarty have kept in his bedside drawer?
- Who sent Sherlock a Christmas card?
- Rules for Sherlock's fantasy world

Susi, that. is. amazing. And Britta, you're adorable, too
What if we get the masterlist on an extra thread and make it sticky on top?

Lestrade always has interesting cases and only does the paperwork while Sherlock solves the crimes and chases the killers (and John blogs about it).
