Re: Is it worth it?

Beautiful book. What a lovely present. Just wish they had used the Doyle tartan for inside the covers. I love the gold writing.

Don't make people into heroes John. Heroes don't exist and if they did I wouldn't be one of them.

Re: Is it worth it?

As I didn't buy it myself I don't know, but I think it's this one:
(I searched like this: www.amazon.de  "Englische Bücher" "Sherlock Holmes"

http://www.amazon.de/gp/product/1435114949/ref=s9_simh_gw_p14_d0_i1?pf_rd_m=A3JWKAKR8XB7XF&pf_rd_s=center-2&pf_rd_r=1X5FDAV0ZN68BNSQFK8S&pf_rd_t=101&pf_rd_p=463375173&pf_rd_i=301128

Leather bound - wow! I thought it was plastic.    LOL

Apart from The Book of Kells I presume...

John: "Have you spoken to Mycroft, Molly, uh, anyone?"
Mrs Hudson: "They don’t matter. You do."

I BELIEVE IN SERIES 5!

Re: Is it worth it?

Not one I look at very often and is no way as nearly as important to me as The Canon.

Re: Is it worth it?

I really am a Holmes books collector, when I see a Sherlock Holmes edition, no matter which, I buy it. (If my wallet allows me of course)
