Maybe the "rumored" thing was that he plays Khan, not that he's in the movie itself. Ben's IMDb page still says Khan (rumored). So I guess that's where I got the rumored impression.

They still haven't said which is his part. As for me, I don't care as long as he has this gorgeous hair and all …

And still so many months to wait to see this thing....  doesn't it seem as though we spend our whole lives waiting for The Next Good Cumberbatch Thing? *g*

Re: Favourite Sherlock/Benedict pictures

Yes, there's indeed some truth in this. Waiting for the Batch instead of Waiting for Godot.

Yeah, we have to be. I was telling KeepersPrice just the other day that whenever I start to think about how we (in the US)  won't see Sherlock S3 until at least May 2014, I just plain have to force myself to think about something else. While I'm happy-happy-over-the-moon that there will be more Sherlock, the interminable wait is just.... well, I have to push all thoughts about it far away from myself.

Re: Favourite Sherlock/Benedict pictures

I just remember me from exactly a year ago. I was like: "Skip Christmas - on to the 1st of January", the day "Scandal" was to air on BBC1. I so eagerly wanted the solution of the pool scene - could hardly think of anything else. This time, there won't be a New Year's Eve for series 3...we have to be patient until October? November? Christmas 2013? At least, there will be The Hobbit and Star Trek to keep us busy. And the prospect of the shooting from March on - and hence new stuff to speculate on.

John: "Have you spoken to Mycroft, Molly, uh, anyone?"
Mrs Hudson: "They don’t matter. You do."

I BELIEVE IN SERIES 5!

Re: Favourite Sherlock/Benedict pictures

There was a very detailed discussion as to this bracelet on tumblr. Could be the same. Allegedly it's a friendship bracelet from Finland and the little disc is made of some animal's horn I have forgotten about. Deleted from the hard drive, I suppose.

Oh, forgot about that one. Is it scheduled for summer '13?
