One of these rare (?), swiss fans :-)

Hello everybody! :-)

First let me say that my English is quite bad, so, i really try to do my best, but, i don't think that's enough. I began learning it two years ago, and it's just horrible, i know (and my english-teacher too, i think :-D), so-really sorry for it.

A half year ago my father and I looked  "A study in pink" by BBC first time, and, after the first two or three minutes, we both couldn't look away. Even if i was not a fan of the books (the truth is that i never read one of them...). My father liked Doyles "Sherlock Holmes", and he didn't think that the "modern one" will be "well-done"-but, he now thinks that of course it is! :-) Even if he's not "sherlocked", at least not in this creepy level as I am...
Yes- I'm proud to tell all the people that I'm really, really, really sherlocked. Most of them are thinking that I'm insane, but, i let them think... :-)
In my free-time (that means after lots of homework and all this stuff) I like to search all arts of fan-things about Sherlock, and that's how I came here. Uhm, first I was a bit afraid to make me a profile, because of my pretty bad English, but, I've seen all this discussions there and... Now I'm here :-D

A few weekends ago I organized a Sherlock-Night with my best friend, and it was just... great. I can say that this was just the first time... There will be lots of them from up now! :-)
So now we both are absolutely sherlocked, and I mean that in a unhealthy way. We're talking all the time in Sherlock-Quotes (most people, when they hear us, look like Jim looks in "The Great Game/A scandal in Belgravia", if you know which pretty hilarious scene I mean :-D ), and, as i said, now they definitely think that we're crazy. In certain way we know that we ARE, but, we're feeling really good being this way, so we won't stop it ;-)

Before seeing sherlock i was talking all the time about horses (when I'm not "sherlocking" I'm doing something with a pony called "Mary"), but now it changed and I'm talking about Sherlock all the time. My brother recently said that he doesn't know which he likes better of them... :-D

I also like the Photography and I write a lot (i try in English, but, at the moment, there isn't coming something good doing it...), too...
I live in Swizerland, and there it's not as "normal" to know/like Sherlock (at least i think so-are there any fans from here? :-) ), but I'm really proud to be one of these rare fans - and yes, I'm also "cumberbatched", and I also won't miss "the hobbit" with Freeman in the lead role-I hope this will help to get over this horrible time waiting for season three! :-)
Yes, I think that's all I can say about myself as far.

I hope I'll fit in here-even if my English's so bad! :-)

pitagor (sorry, i won't write my real-name there as far, hope's okay so?)

PS: If you want to know something more, just ask! ;-)

Re: One of these rare (?), swiss fans :-)

Welcome, pitagor, great to have you here. Your English is quite good, and you will learn a lot more while being here. I don't know if we have any Swiss members so far. Fine to have someone from the land of Reichenbach Falls (even if it's quite a sad story). Have fun!

Welcome to the forum! You may be our first Swiss member but I'm not sure. Your English is ok, don't worry. Reading stuff here will help. What is your first language? We have lots of people who speak languages other than English here. Have fun here!

Don't make people into heroes John. Heroes don't exist and if they did I wouldn't be one of them.

Re: One of these rare (?), swiss fans :-)

I'm sure that I will have a lot of fun here!

@Harriet/tobeornot221b: Yes, that's what we say here... ^^

Oh I'm really proud to be (probably) the first one-I hope I won't disappoint you! :-D

I also visited the Reichenbach Falls, but there are lot of years ago. :-) But what I can remember is that they're really great!
Well, i first talk German-but my mother is from Spain, so I can talk also Spanish. And of course, since i watched Sherlock, I have more fun talking and also writing english, and I've looked all the episodes in english, and I also think that being there and read all this amazing things will be good for my English. :-)

Thanks for all this nice "Welcomes", I DO think that I will have a good time here! :-)

Re: One of these rare (?), swiss fans :-)

@Harriet: This scene is one of my favorites (well it's stupid to say that, they're all together just fantastic). I really like it when they're laughing together... Every time it touches my heart so incredibly...
And, Swiss-German is not a language you must talk (it's not a language, at all, even if i like it better then the other ones :-D). They'll understand you very well in Switzerland when you just talk German. The question is just if they would... :-)

Oh, i wouldn't say it's not a language, with so many people speaking it :-)
A nice one, if you ask me... and also a little mysterious ;-)

Yea, when they laugh together, soooo adorable

Re: One of these rare (?), swiss fans :-)

yes, mysterious is a nice word! :-D

Oh no-I haven't seen this yet!
This mistake is just brilliant. I don't notice such things looking the episodes, I'm always so fixed in the characters and what they're doing... Funny! :D

Re: One of these rare (?), swiss fans :-)

So there're two of you from Switzerland and you're friends too... Isn't that amazing? It's so much better having a friend on hand to go through the long months we still have to wait for the next season (silly me, it's series, a three episodes series..... ) Welcome!

Re: One of these rare (?), swiss fans :-)

It IS amazing! :-) But, we both remind each other all the time how long we have to wait, so we make us sad each other... :-D But, after that, we have each other, that's right and I'm SO happy to have a true friend, who's also sherlocked, at my side! <3
