Hi BBE, no, of course you haven't lost me! But this one is really hard. I had some ideas where it might be from but all of them have proven wrong. What about a little hint?

Finally, here you are. I knew it had to be in 221B, according to the colour scheme. Though - this cup is completely untypical for Sherlock and John.

So, no clues about the shoes?
They are certainly not the kind of shoes you would wear in a big city.
Thus, most of the episodes drop out of the game.
In fact, only one remains.

Well, I have no clue what scene these are in, but given your hint that they are in the "Hound" episode, I will make a guess as to the brand of shoe---are they Hush Puppies?

(Okay, I realise only American members may get that, but maybe Hush Puppies have a wider appeal than in just the USA.)

Hush Puppies because of the brand logo, a basset HOUND? Lol.
Haven't thought of this. But you're right about the episode.
I don't know the brand of those very shoes but they are in a scene where someone considers it appropriate to take them off.
