Hello!

Hello everybody!

My name is Sinead. I came across this forum a while ago and have been lurking for a while, finally decided to make an account today. I'm in love with everything about the BBC's Sherlock, I'm also a long-time fan of ACD's original stories and anything that has a certain Benedict Cumberbatch in it so I'm hoping that I'll fit in here.

A bit about me - I'm 18 years old and a first year medical student currently living in York but originally from London. When I'm not studying I enjoy cycling, reading, horse riding and drinking tea (lots of tea, I pretty much live on the stuff ).

So, nice to meet you and I look forward to being a part of the forum.

Re: Hello!

Welcome to the forum Sinead! Lots more studying for your degree in medicine left for you. You will definitely need some Sherlock and tea to keep you going!

Don't make people into heroes John. Heroes don't exist and if they did I wouldn't be one of them.

He’s got a dog. We go to the pub on weekends. I’ve met his mum and dad …

… and his friends and all his family and I’ve no idea why I’m telling you this.

Definitely a lot of work left to do - I love what I'm doing but there is so much to learn. I need Sherlock to keep me sane!

Re: Hello!

Welcome Sinead!

So...you're going to be like John!!

It's good to have someone else from England here. My band sometimes plays at the Roman Bath pub in York.
