My counter also says 134 pages but we should celebrate nevertheless. I suppose this is the most popular thread in the whole forum. So much action - fainting, swooning, thudding, fanning …
WE can have a celebration once we reach 135
We can have a celebration anytime we damned well please!

Funny that he's so open about the smoking. Americans are really uptight about smoking in public these days-- it's getting so people can't even smoke in their own homes anymore, much less out in public. You never see celebrities smoking out on the street anymore, where they might be photographed. Funny that he does-- kind of an in-your-face attitude about it, eh?

Ok, I'll try and just say it once: I really don't like seeing pictures of Benedict smoking. There are plenty of ones where he is not. Now I'll get me coat...
But his hair looked good in that photo, lolololol.

I suppose some of you wish that at the end of The Great Game, Sherlock had ended up having to take off his jacket and jump in the pool to retrieve the memory stick. And then he would have gotten out of the pool with his shirt all wet and sticking to him. And then he would have had to take it off. Really, what's the matter with you lot? Where do you get these unchaste ideas?
Already been done by Colin Firth as Mr Darcy in Pride & Prejudice. except he didn't take his shirt of and still looked sexy as f..k, if you'll excuse the language.

I love this picture for three reasons
1) Rebecca Hall is wearing Ugg boots, an Aussie invention. by the way, Ugg comes from ugly, which they are, but sooo comfortable
2 The expression on Benny's face. Too cute.
3) And what do I spy in front of him? I'm not totally sure, bit I think just maybe it might be....A KNIDLE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yep, looks like it. OMG, we have so much in common LOL. I wonder if he was reading Parade's End
I tried to do an enlarged picture of his pretty face, but it ended up too blurry.

Men like these should jump into water far more often.

I've got Parade's End on my Kindle, too, AND a Sherlock felt sleeve in which it sleeps. Does that count?

Colin Firth also did in Love Actually. In the scene when his script fell in the water... too cute. And Alan Rickman in Dark Harbour

Very nice. I love the scene from Love Actually. And I seem to remember Benedict and Ioan Gruffudd in Amazine Grace jumping into a pond.

I'm just watching SCANDAL (you know, where Sherlock doesn't look too bad after all... ).
Here's one pic from the pool:

I'm so busy that I don't know if I manage to prepare myself appropriately for Saturday. I guess you'll have to watch all episodes with me once again.

That, for me, will not be a hardship, Miss Susi!

Thank you so much. Maybe we could skip TBB as I watched it two weeks ago. And choose another goodie instead. Just saying.

I'm watching series 2, over tomorrow, Thu and Fri nights.

No problem for me to skip TBB. I think.
For the rest I will try not talking all the time: Oh, that scene! Oh, wait, this will be great!
Ah, you know.
