What do 'real' people have, then, in their 'real' lives?

So we go round the sun; if we went round the moon, or round and round the garden like a teddy bear, it wouldn't make any difference.

Re: Chit-chat

Tooth is much better thanks. Just had really tiring day yesterday and not the positive experience I had hoped for. Nothing too awful. I'm knackered today though!

Seriously considering trying to order Susie's books. What with that and reading another novel in my German class once a week and watching Italian detective series I'm a bit worried I might get a bit confused. Si? Ja?

My smiley follows me everywhere. I stole it from John and Sherlock's wall in their flat.

Don't make people into heroes John. Heroes don't exist and if they did I wouldn't be one of them.

I hope your 4th book goes well... I'm curious how the two will develop.
Ha! Lion, Blue, Rose, Wedding?

I can recommend them esp if you like to read about social issues in the 1920ies.
Also, if you like investigators with dark hair and slim muscular arms

Italian?

Glad your tooth is better now...

Re: Chit-chat

I started with Leo Berlin a while ago and can really recommend!
Edit: (And I don't even prefer reading crime stories.)
And then we open a Leo discussion thread.

Re: Chit-chat

That would be fun! I haven't read the others yet and unfortunately days_of_storm came in between, but it sounds a good idea.
We could try to make Susi give us keywords for #4

Girls, you should see me now: blushing and laughing out loud in front of the PC.
I'd like to point out that I created Leo BEFORE watching this other programme. Which of course doesn't mean there are no happy coincidences. Slim muscular arms, did I really write this?
Nice idea about the keywords, Harriet, I think I could do this as soon as I get my publisher's okay. Maybe I could post them on FB as well. As a little Sherlock tribute.
Davina, of course I'd be thrilled if Leo went all the way to Essex.

Re: Chit-chat

Yes, it is. Obviously.
Fine - I'll give you the keywords (subject to change) after I've eaten my pasta which are hopefully not burning in the oven like the gingerbread man. Allow me a little bit of Moftiss, okay?

Re: Chit-chat

Three for one? I thought one word only, fine!
And no WEDDING??? Probably Mistress is Wedding? But then, she is Moabit... totally puzzled...
Peacock is Tiergarten. No better idea so far  Could be also a feather ... on a wedding guest's hat?
Glass is a jewish wedding, probably in the sunshine

I thought they always come in three.
And go on thinking, it's fascinating.

Re: Chit-chat

Hmh, peacock. Swollen chest > a boasting bridegroom?
Doesn't really fit as far as I see your Leo, but maybe another male, self-possessed.
Does peacock ever apply to females?
He won't disturb the Mistress, will he?

(You had India before already, so I guess Peacock won't be that direction again.)
