We have a thread like this in The Reichenbach Fall section but it keeps mutating into funniest bits of other episodes too. So here is a thread for the funniest bit in any episode...

"Are you wearing any pants?"

'No'. Sooo funny!

... and the ashtray thing in the car on the way back!
From quite some scenes I got the impression that Sherlock is actually surprised that John indeed shares his sense of humour.
As if he doesn't experience this too often.
It's so nice to watch them develop this, I love all the giggling scenes.

The entire sequence in TGG from the first shot to 'I'm putting this on your rent, young man!' Well done comedy by all three, it never fails to make me laugh.

Talking about shooting:
Sherlock calling the police in ASiB.
"Oh shut up. It's quick."
And I just noticed I put this one in the wrong thread. It belongs in here:

Yeah I love all the giggling moments.
Actually, I was watching Great Game earlier and really enjoyed the part where they go to the basement flat and Mrs Hudson is chatting away and they all completely ignore her and shut the door in her face. Aww. Poor Mrs H. It really makes me laugh though.

When he says that Anderson must turn his face to the wall because it is putting him off and Lestrade backs him up!

I also love: "And exactly how many times did he fall out a window?"

And in TBB:
Sherlock: "How would you describe me, John? Resourceful? Dynamic? Enigmatic?"
John: "Late?"

And the answer: Oh, it's all a bit of a blur, detective. I lost count.
Sherlock. Lost count. Surely.
Another one:
John: When did we agree that?
Sherlock: We agreed it yesterday.
John: I wasn't even at home yesterday. I was in Dublin.
Sherlock: It's hardly my fault you weren't listening.
John: You just carry on talking when I'm away?
Sherlock: I don't know. How often are you away?

The Christmas scene in ASiB just after Sherlock apologises to Molly and his phone text alert sound from Irene goes off. Molly saying that wasn't her and Sherlock saying it was him. Greg Lestrade's response is a classic, 'Really?'

Oh, I hate that scene! It's so romantic and nice, and then.....
This I found also very funny:
Dinner with Sherlock, now we know what it looks like:

My favourite is this (from SiB).
Cutest little girl: They wouldn't let us see Granddad when he was dead. Is that because he had gone to heaven?
Sherlock: Peopledonotreallygotoheavenwhentheydiethey'retakentoaspecialroomandBURNED.
John: Sherlock!!

Yes, definitely the christmas scene!
And the bit with the woman client:
"I think my husband is cheating on me."
"Yes."
Offline
Woman: I think my husband is having an affair.
Sherlock: Yes.

Hard to decide, but I think my favourite is still...
Sherlock: Get off my sheet!
Mycroft: Or what?
Sherlock: Or I'll walk away.

Begging for cigarettes in THoB. Twice.

John: Here to see the queen?
Sherlock: Oh, apparently yes!
Mycroft: Just once, can you two behave like grown-ups?!
John: We solve crimes, I blog about it, and he forgets his pants. I wouldn’t hold out too much hope.
By the way, that's my facebook cover:
