Lovely fan moment!
I thought I would share this video by Adam, an actor who had an interaction with Benedict on a plane. It's really lovely!

Thank you for sharing this video! This is a great story (though I can understand the embarrassment at the beginning). The bit about Una was sweet as well. What a lucky guy. But it also seems to show that Benedict is a really kind person. Sounds like he connected with what was written and wanted to encourage a fellow actor.

It was really nice: I seem to have read some negative stuff about Benedict recently, but you never know with stories, could be people catching him on a bad day, people with a grudge, etc. But this is going far beyond what anyone would expect of a celebrity, to be kind to a fan/actor. I know Adam a little as we met at a couple of gigs before he moved to the US, and he's a lovely guy too! Yes, I loved the bit about Una too! So sweet! She is sadly missed.

Oh, I didn't realize this was a video by someone you knew at all. (Also, sorry for responding to this so late. Things have been very busy for me the last month and a half)
I haven't seen anything about Benedict lately, but it's true you never know with certain things. We all have bad moments.
