Exactly!

I'm certainly not someone who supports that "pink and dolls are for girls"-shit. Everyone should grow up the way they want. Neverthless there are people with vaginas and penises and sometimes with both. There's already testosterone in the house, that's my thought. And someone can wish for a girl and would be happy at the same time if she wants to wear black and studies nuclear physics.
When one of my best friends was pregnant with her dauhgter it was totally clear for her that she would raise her genderneutral and don't push her in stereotypes. Now she's four and demands pink shirts and dolls stuff and at the same time she wanted a blue bicycle (and not the Hello Kitty one in the shop) and she wanted a pirate-themed birthday party. I thinks that's perfect.
What I most like that if she would come home with a girlfriend or with no one because she doesn't want a relationship in her life she will never have to worry how to tell her parents because they wouldn't expect a boyfriend/husband in the first place.

I'm sorry, maybe it's just me and I'm weird.
But I don't really uderstand what people even mean by wishing for or asking about a gender for a baby?
Why are we concerned what genitals they have, or should have and why would you rsise the kids any differently?!
Anyhow: I wish the whole family health and happiness.

Because these are traditions that are thousands of years old. Which does not mean it is right to do so but it is hard to overcome long-standing beliefs and customs. Just look at how difficult it still is to enforce equal rights for women, not to mention LGBT+ and others.

I feel it's about re-educating ourselves in our habits.

Just found out that they were at the Met Gala this year. I really like their outfits.

They looked totally amazing and were having such fun!

Yes, they did seem to be having fun! I don't recall them going to the Met Gala in past years, so that could have been helped by the fact that it was their first time going.

No Benedict was there last year I believe, he was in a white suit.

I remember Benedict being there in 2014, wearing amazing tailcoat and white tie.
And, yes, they looked stunning together. He reminded me a bit of Truman Capote and Quentin Crisp but better looking.

Oh maybe that's what I'm thinking of.

As I was writing the post, I had a feeling that wasn't true. But I didn't check before posting. I'm sure going together would have been even more fun, though.

They romped the 'Camp' theme.

This one looks like it's from a music video or something.

People were suggesting it was possibly after a few drinks, but I don't think so.
As I said, they just seemed to be having a ball!

Well, in an interview he mentioned some splashes of Tequila on his white suit …

Oopsie.

I don't care how much or how little they drank. It's nice to see them happy and having a good time.

My thoughts entirely.

They look a bit too freshfaced to be really drunk!
