Comprehensive location guide

Here is a new guide to many locations from all series.

"To fake the death of one sibling may be regarded as a misfortune; to fake the death of both looks like carelessness." Oscar Wilde about Mycroft Holmes

"It is what it is says love." (Erich Fried)

“Enjoy the journey of life and not just the endgame. I’m also a great believer in treating others as you would like to be treated.” (Benedict Cumberbatch)

Re: Comprehensive location guide

Very nice!  Saw a lot of those on Sherlockology, but was cool to see some of the newer S3 ones.
Coincidentally just came across this myself… your link has it listed, but some very pretty, further pictures of the real Appledore…     http://johanirae.tumblr.com/post/73180235337/the-architecture-nerd-in-me-just-had-to-find-out

We solve crimes, I blog about it, and he forgets his pants.  I wouldn't hold out too much hope!

Just this morning you were all tiny and small and made of clay!

I'm working my way up the greasy pole.  It's… very greasy.  And…  pole-shaped.

Re: Comprehensive location guide

Lovely of them to be so mindful of Sherlock fans, after all that time:

I cannot live without brainwork. What else is there to live for? Stand at the window there. Was there ever such a dreary, dismal, unprofitable world? See how the yellow fog swirls down the street and drifts across the dun-coloured houses. What could be more hopelessly prosaic and material? What is the use of having powers, Doctor, when one has no field upon which to exert them?

So glad I saw it, before it became poorly!

Re: Comprehensive location guide

I hope they will do a careful refurbishment without changing the character of the building. I have been there twice, it is a very special feeling to be in John's shoes.

And funny, you surely remember the refurbishment newspaper article from ASiB?

Re: Comprehensive location guide

Yes, it is.
Did I tell my story here?
I stumbled upon it by accident and it really was a lovely feeling.
I sat for some time, gazing upon the scene and reminiscing.

Re: Comprehensive location guide

That's nice of them to put a sign there in case a fan wanted to see the location for themselves.

Clueing for looks.
