R.I.P. Joe South

Just heard on the radio that Joe has died. His record 'The Games People Play' was one of the first I ever bought. I was very young before anyone makes a wise crack about it. I just loved, and still love, his voice and in particular his lyrics. R.I.P. Joe South 1940-2012.

Listen to the lyrics...ain't they true!

Don't make people into heroes John. Heroes don't exist and if they did I wouldn't be one of them.

Mycroft’s popularity doesn’t surprise me at all. He is, after all, incredibly beautiful, clever and well-dressed. And beautiful. Did I mention that?
