One more Sherlocked fangirl here!
This summer I discovered my new favorite television show - the BBC's SHERLOCK!! I quickly became obsessed with the show in general, and Benedict Cumberbatch in particular (seriously, you should see my Pinterest). I am dying for someone to share my obsession with so I am really looking forward to participating on this board! My sister, my husband, and my best friend have all watched the show but they aren't as obsessed as I am... I need people who understand what being Sherlocked really means!
A bit about myself - I'm from Alabama, I'm 29, and I'm a high school teacher. I'm so happy to be here!

Wow thanks for the warm welcome! I can tell I'm gonna like it here. :D Maybe I should have mentioned - my real name is Katie (hence the 'kt' at the end of my sn). Nice to "meet" you all!
veecee - Roll Tide! Haha just kidding... I have friends and students who are Michigan fans so I have to play nice. Of course during football season it's good to be a Bama fan!
How cool that I get to be the 400th member. I feel so honored!
So far today, I've watched the third episode of Parade's End (while getting ready for work), half of episode 2 of Parade's End (during my planning period at school), and A Study in Pink (while cooking dinner). Can't get enough of Benny!
I had a dream last night that I met Benedict at a restaurant and got to hug him! In the dream I was just saying "Oh my god oh my god oh my god..." and then apologized for being such a fangirl... 
It was a great dream!

Oh yeah I definitely love Pinterest. I have to be careful - if I get on during work I'm likely to get sucked in and I'll get into trouble. But sometimes I just need a quick fix... Plus I like to pin all my favorite pics and vids and then go back to them when I need some Sherlock/Benny.
It's so cool to be 400! If I had known I'd be the 400th member I'd have put something to that effect in my screen name. Oh well.

Hi and welcome from the local kitty!! you've found the right place. It's nice to meet a teacher. you'll enjoy it here. we do have a book club going. I too love BBC's adaptations....been a sherlock fan since the early 90's, when our PBS station re-aired the Jeremy Brett series. enjoy yourself here!!
