Walk away from it, Tonnaree! Close that tab, and start singing "The Final Countdown"! I wish I had!

Oh, did you fly over to GB especially for this occasion?
I'm quiet calm for some reason. I'm watching a quiz show, seems like a good distraction.

I'm relatively calm too, but heck, there's one hour to go still! Enough time to get all nutty

I've loved every Sherlock Holmes series. From my first introduction via Jeremy Brett(the definitive Edwardian Holmes, to Young Sherlock Holmes and my crush on Nicholas Rowe. I'm sure there will be more Holmes pastiches in the future but I've enjoyed this one-warts and all.

I'm some sort of denial... I just realized there's less than an hour to go!
Luckily I only have to get the snacks out and start the stream... and I've set an alarm in case time runs away from me!
Could you imagine???

I started the BBC stream 20 minutes ago just to make sure.

Yes, as usual, I'll be watching the last five minutes of Still Open All Hours!

The stream is on and working... snacks and drinks served... I've got a blankie and my teddy...
I think I'm ready...
I think..

The live stream stopped several times, and it stopped completely before I saw the last 30 seconds!!!!

I watched it on BBC iPlayer, and it was wonky for me as well. Lost connection several times, so there were a few minutes here and there I didn't get to see.

Sorry you all had such bad experiences....not long til the dvd!
My cinema viewing was a good experience.
We got Amanda's little film at the start.
Then we seemed to bond as an audience and all laughed, cried, gasped and went 'Ah' at the same time!
Oh and as I had hoped, the major spoiler I thought I'd seen was a false alarm!

So sorry to hear about the bad experiences watching online! We had a similar experience with network interference last week!
besleybean, we can enjoy the cinema experience on the 16 or 18 (tonight is the 15), at a few theaters nearby. Having already seen the episode, do you think it's worth the effort and expense to go to a theater essentially for Amanda's little film?
Yes, I think it would be amaaaaazing to see the episode in a theater, and I'd love to share it with fellow Sherlockers, but it's not *quite* as thrilling the second time.
Would you go to a theater again?
And, out of curousity, what was the "major spoiler" you thought you'd seen??????'

I actually enjoyed the ep more the second time around and would have gladly seen it on the big screen given a chance.

A guy on Twitter had blurted that Sherlock is dead at the end...now do you understand why I was so upset?!
But I had hoped he was just a troll and obviously he was.
