Holmes Siblings
Was there any point when Sherrinford was called a he? After last nights episode I got the impression that the mystery brother was just a mystery sister who was from Sherrinford. Now I keep reading rumors that there is a 4th sibling or a twin.

I don't think so either, but I can't wait for the day when Sherlock to amend that line: "It's never twins,...well, except for this case."
