Season Four episodes available on Amazon, as they are released
Just a heads up - I hadn't realised that as I'd pre-purchased the series on Amazon video, it would be available just after broadcast! Very handy, if you prefer that format to iPlayer. And of course, there are extras too. I thought I was going to have to wait until all episodes had been shown.

I think it's all probably available elsewhere, but so far there's a "Behind 221B" feature for each episode, a set tour of John and Mary's flat and Danny Hargreaves' video diary for TST. This is in the UK (I don't know it's the same in other countries). What I was pleased about is that you can access the episodes right away instead of waiting for the release date.
