Oh, the one about Sherlock's mum made me laugh so much because I'm ashamed to say I seriously considered her as one of the possibilities.  (Although now my biggest hope is that they're lying to hide a plot point and it really is Sherlock's mum!).

John is clearly standing behind him in the trailer, so unless he’s talking to a mirror for some very bizarre reason, I should think not.

 She doesn’t hate him any more. We wrote the scenes, but we couldn’t make the schedule work with Vinette Robinson. We had a rather nice scene actually, so damn! SM

What a shame!  I would like to have seen those scenes!
