Oh, ok, thank you.
I figure it's very fortunate they air the new stuff on holidays now. Everybody can have a quiet breakdown at home with their loved ones instead of being totally unproductive at work.

Last night it was a lot like that, I had already gone to bed, even taken my sleepy meds and I had to fight to stay awake because I didn't want to miss the czech trailer. lol.
Yes, I'm obsessed!

According to a Norwegian online newspaper, Netflix have bought the exclusive right to show S4 outside of Britain (US probably not included). That's why it's not on NRK or other European channels. They believe Netflix will publish the episodes straight after they have aired on BBC.
That's good news for me, though! In Denmark it has been confirmed that Netflix will show the episodes the day after the original air date in the UK, I assume it goes for everyone else too!
I'm still trying to find out about Netflix Germany. It's not long now, so the information should be available now, don't you think?

The annoying thing about Netflix is that they are so difficult to contact! I hope you find out something, it's not nice not knowing!

I really don't get why they're not having some sort of "Coming soon to Netflix"-section for their customers. A little news section once you're logged in would be kinda nice...

We got out information from an independant site called Flixfilm. But yeah, they should do that!

There are some sites on the internet specialised in tv shows which report that the ARD will show the new episodes - so no Netflix. But even those pages seem to have difficulties in getting their hands on reliable information. Just like many German fans they are presuming that ARD will show S4 around Pentecost or Easter again...

Yeah, good question! I never watched the series until sometime after Season 3 had aired, so if there was a lot of hoopla preceding the preceding seasons, I never knew about it.

The Danish broadcaster are pretty informal in their communication; and they explained that because of Netflix buying the rights they actually don't know themselves when they will be able to show it... but it could take a couple of months.
Last year they showed TAB just a few days later, and they showed S3 a little week after it was originally broadcast in the UK
Also, unrelated... but for some reason they haven't been allowed to show the Doctor Who special this year.

Me too - in fact I would rather they had shown them leading up to Christmas. I have a few days off over Christmas and it would be nice to be able to process the episodes, instead of in January when I'm busy!

"You have to see these three stories (in series four) to understand what I originally said, which was that it feels like something comes to a head in this series. That's not just false advertising."
Looking forward to that. Really hard.

So there is something Ben was not allowed to talk about right from the start? Sounds interesting ...

Do you mean this quote?
"It's been this way since the series began. I'm used to giving hollow answers which mean nothing apart from the sound of my voice. It feels like banging an empty drum."
I took that to mean that he hasn't been able to give away spoilers from the beginning, not necessarily that he hasn't been able to give away the same spoiler from the beginning. I'm wondering about what Mark said in that post-TAB interview about letting something slip to Ben, who didn't pick up on it - it looks as if he doesn't know how the story is going in future series? It almost makes me think that they wouldn't have burdened him with a major spoiler for all those years! But you could be right, and yes, that would be interesting!

I'm already half-apathic from being scared! But somehow they manage to make it worse with every day!
This picture makes me think that Sherlock's deep waters might be the salvation of 221B that's about to be burned.
Or that Sherlock is waging two wars - inside and outside - simultaneously.

There's a big fire and water theme going on - particularly water, but I'm thinking of the charred wood in the previous pictures, the burning building in the trailer, etc. Then deep waters, floods, sharks, the well, etc.
Not to mention the East wind coming. We only need earth now to cover all the elements!
That picture is very sinister. It looks like rising water and that he's at risk of drowing - whether that's literally or metaphorically, we will find out soon.
