We are talking about Mofftiss, everything is possible even a fake clip, on the hand I already had that in mind that Mary might be sometimes more useful for Sherlock now he nows what she was and is able of.

I don't think the clip is fake, although it could well be misleading. But I am glad they are acknowledging Mary's background. We'll see how that pans out. So far, we've had one clip making fun of Sherlock and one making fun of John. I wonder if Mary will be exempt?

The last picture ... I haven't been keen on baby stuff in the show, but that's actually pretty sweet. I'm not going to think too much about the possible fates of the three in the picture!

Barnicot's from The Six Napoleons, isn't he? Hardly a surprise, considering this is TST, but nice to see them drawing on canon, as usual!

I'll just give them the benefit of a doubt and assume that this is more fake than anything I've ever seen before in my life. So many things about this are so wrong, I can't even start...

Oh, and judging from the fact that it's Barnicot, I'm guessing that this is fairly early in the episode. It looks like they'll be skimming through the early baby stuff, and I'm sure things will become darker shortly after this clip.

I'm actually going to put my money on not fake, and not mind palace (although I can't be sure!). I think this is just the lead-in to the more meaty stuff. Some lightness and banter.

It's funny how the trailers have been "oh my god, the action, the drama, the angst!" and the clips have been "look how funny it is, Sherlock's like a baby and John's like a dog". One extreme to the other, my emotions are all over the place!
