And I think he is made of donuts. 'Not our division'.

Cute photo. He seems to be saying: "What, there are another four of you?"

And she is saying "Daddy, why isn't this gorgeous man married with five kids of his own?"
(I am one of five kids, it's a great number)

sugar and spice and puppy dog tails?
I too enjoyed reading about the religious views here. I am so glad that we didn't get into a heated discussion about what is right and wrong. What feels right for me may not feel right for you, etc. But I must say this-- a church is not the right place to protest something, even tho someone may believe it is the right thing to do. I wouldn't do it. A church is sanctuary... I will agree that the punishment is excessive. But there's nothing I can do about it, since I'm not of that country.
Oh, what a cute photo of ben and rupert and the kids!!

If anyone likes you may keep your fingers crossed for me: a British publisher requested further information about my crime novels. Don't know if anything eventuates from this but it might be the very first step to a translation.

Susi, that is BRILLIANT news, I am so excited for you, congratulations in advance. Keep us informed as to your progress.
You know what the next step will be - your books are best sellers in English, all around the world, then someone decides to make a movie or a tv series, they need to cast a brilliant actor as your detective - who could we possibly want? And it wouldn't be typecasting because of the different era. If Kenneth Branagh can play a Scandinavian detective in Wallander and Rufus Sewell (yum) can play an Italian detective in the Aurelio Zen series, There's no reason why Benny couldn't play a German detective in the 1920s. OMG I really need to calm down now LOL

Hep, I fear you're a bit rash but I feel like shouting: Yes! Yes! Yes! Exactly my thoughts *jumping up and down*. I mean, of course it's just a request and it may take a very long time until there will be any news if there are news but - you never know what may happen.
Davina, thank you so much but please keep in mind the safety procedures.

At which point I can just hear one of those safety announcements from Cabin Pressure in my head!

Lol, I was thinking immediately of Ben in a crime story written by Susi when I read her post. Then I found out that hep is as quick as I - well, I won't say TOO quick....
And I imagine myself, aged 65, sitting in front of the TV telling hubby: "See? I told you there will be "Leo" on TV one day.... "

I hope it won't take that long …

I already changed from 75 to 65 afterwards...

Oh Susi, that's great news!
Of course I will cross every crossable extremities for you.
All the people I gave the Leo book to so far liked it very much and asked for more...
Maybe this might mean something...

I hope so, Tobe. And thank you for spreading word on Leo.

It is nearly 8 o'clock and I should be getting up but I think I'm settling for a cold and I don't want to. I want to stay in bed and watch Parade's End but the horses NEED me.

It is lunchtime already and I'm not nearly awake, yet.
Think I'm catching a cold, too. My head feels like a bowl of cotton wool.
Let's go back to bed..............
