Sherlock´s hallucinations?

The ones of Sherlock standing in the spotlight are interesting. My first thought was "the aliens are here"!

still catching up...
"The Lighthouse and the trained Cormorant" ?
That's not hinting at Sherlock and John, is it :D Funny name

Please look at this:
Some people have already found out that this is the door to the Watson flat. It has been dismantled. No domestic life her in ep. 3, it seems.

Let's hope it's all at Baker Street.

Interesting. Lady in a red dress with a cane and maybe she's even limping:

Indeed. There has been speculation if it could be Harry Watson or if she is a victim of the same drug/disease/virus as Sherlock. And the actress has probably been identified as well. She seems to be Sian Brooke who played Ophelia opposite Benedict's Hamlet.
Btw, you know what is funny? Some people going out of her way to turn her into Sherlock's love interest. So after 10 episodes there are still people who believe he is straight?

I believe he could be well be straight (why not?), but I don't think we'll see a real love interest. At least I hope not. My (hopeful) money is on her not being a love interest.
She looks quite dressed up as if she has been at an evening event. She looks a little taller than John there (in flattish shoes/boots) but it could be the angle, and no reason why Harry couldn't be taller than John (I imagine her as short, but she doesn't need to be - and we don't even know if she's a biological full sibling). And I don't remember the actress herself being tall next to Benedict. It's nice that they are acting together again!
The black coat and shoes/boots are a tiny bit (not much!) similar to Sherlock, with the red dress echoing the red buttonhole ... but the hair, glasses, etc., don't match.
The (is it a?) walking cane doesn't look like hospital issue, so maybe her limp is longstanding? Maybe related to the drug/disease/etc, but of course it would also be great to have a character with a disability without it being a plot point! (Are there any stories which would be relevant, apart from the Dying Detective? The mention of Ricoletti of the club foot sprung to mind as a tie-in to TAB, although I'm not sure how! Her name could be Ricoletti?).
Speculating wildly as usual!

Mhm, I always imagined John's sister of being older, don't know why. I think, it has never been mentioned whether she is older or younger than John, hasn't it? But I also think she looks too healthy for a drinker, well she could have quitted of course. No, I don't think it's Harry (just a personel feeling of course), maybe a client.
I am not sure either if the actress is Sian Brooke but from the looks she could be. I think it would be nice for her and Ben to meet each other again after so many month of working together.

I was thinking that she doesn't look like a heavy drinker either (although, it's not always obvious, of course). And was going to add that although the dress looks dressy, the bag doesn't look like an evening bag to me. Nor does the coat, come to think of it.
I'm assuming the shots with clips in her hair are before/between takes? The shots with her hair down (like the one with the piece of paper, and the worried/fearful one) could be actual shots of filming?

Good point!

I keep thinking that she's either a client or, more likely, a scientist or doctor.

Lol, I love this mindset. Sherlock spends a few seconds in the company of some female so of course, they must be an item! But John categorically can´t be Sherlock´s partner although they are practically joined at the hip....

Well I certainly haven't seen any evidence for Sherlock being gay...
But I don't think he does relationships at all.

Yes, isn't it such a surpise?

I certainly don't think they are a couple.
Who thinks they are?

There were some tweets toying with the idea.
