If not for the fact that Martin is there, I would think there's a flashback scene there, since there is 70s decor. Maybe not, or m maybe a current scene and a flashback? Or maybe no flashback and it's just a house that looks 70s.

Just saw some speculation on tumblr. Many have wondered if they might be doing a reworking of The Dying Detective. Someone suggested that maybe they are twisting it around to be The Dying Brother! In the several photos from setlock Sherlock has looked disheveled and unshaven, distraught. Mycroft being seriously injured or ill would certainly cause that.

That would be painful, but it would also mean that some fans' predictions that Mycroft is going to die are right. But part of me still can't imagine that actually happening.

If they did the Dying Detective's brother, it would mean that he is not really ill. But what if Sherlock does not know? Or has to look distraught because they are being observed?

Morocco ... wasn't Irene Karachi and John Afghanistan? It could be doubling for either of those, I suppose. I don't see Irene coming back as a storyline, but perhaps as a cameo - I'd prefer not as I feel that story has been told!
The Dying Brother ... I don't know, surely Sherlock would be able to deduce what Mycroft was up to (if he could deduce Mary was pregnant before she or John knew?).
Also, is this Ep2 or Ep3 filming at the moment, or don't we know? (Trying to keep up!).
