Saw pictures of a limo but don't know if it's part of filming or just transport for members of the team.
Someone also caught another picture of Ben, Martin and Amanda where they all seem to be in the same clothes they were wearing at the hospital and Ben looks like he has a heavy 5:00 shadow.

I have missed quite a bit the last week, but that's fine. Then at least some things will be a surprise. 
I don't mind a church, it could be anything - even a case. Car chase is dull, but we don't know what it is and how it will work. Ben with 5 o'clock shadow at a hospital? Sounds like an ill Sherlock to me! Or perhaps he was kidnapped and John saved him and brought him to hospital? (One can dream...).
VERY excited about S4 now!

I know, I know!
Sherlock, John and Mary go to IKEA together in the third episode, because they all live together in 221B now. That requires a couple of things for Sherley's nursery, like a tiny little cupboard, a tiny little bed, a tiny little collection of cuddling toys like the laughing-and-crying-smiley, but also tiny little toddler plates and cuttlery made from plastic. Toby the dog is not allowed indoors, so he waits outside. Mycroft comes by and pays for all the stuff with his credit card, the business one for expenses of course. Only Mary notices that he puts this under business expenses, but she can keep a secret, you bet on that! They just wink to each other...
Then all of them go to the restaurant to have a big share of köttbullar, the tiny little glasses with baby food are for free.
Then Mary's mobile rings...It's Lestrade....
LOL, mrshouse!
I mean... this scenario is scary and disturbing... but I love this outburst of fantasy.
