Mary, in some sort of a jungle:

-----------------------------------

I cannot live without brainwork. What else is there to live for? Stand at the window there. Was there ever such a dreary, dismal, unprofitable world? See how the yellow fog swirls down the street and drifts across the dun-coloured houses. What could be more hopelessly prosaic and material? What is the use of having powers, Doctor, when one has no field upon which to exert them?

Loving the idea of doggy cam!

So it is Moran, the new villain?

Predictable, but makes me sad

Maybe Mary is Moran?

Re: Series 4 Setlock (potential spoilers)

Could be, on Mary...
But Martin and the baby....aw.

Another thought. Maybe the Watsons would get a dog, if Mary was still under threat?

I love the dog! He's beautiful! (well they are)

And Martin is adorable with the baby, awh! And very interesting about Moran...

Re: Series 4 Setlock (potential spoilers)

But would that be the same Moran who tried to blow up the Houses of Parliament in TEH?
Mark once said he doesn't find the "villian Moran" of the canon that interesting, so they used that name in TEH.
That would be confusing, but you'll never know with Mofftiss.

Could have been a red herring, him saying that...

Re: Series 4 Setlock (potential spoilers)

Yes I know I keep repeating myself, but I can't help that this is always what is at the back of my mind: the team saying that any other villain is only ever a pale shadow of the master Moriarty...
And yes, it would either have to be the same Moran(from TEH), or a relative, I suppose.
Or a former criminal using a different name...just saying!

Re: Series 4 Setlock (potential spoilers)

How do we know Moran is involved? (I'm trying to keep up, honestly, but I think I've missed something - saw the tweet about the phone call from Moran but not sure what if it meant the name was overheard or what).

I didn't know Mark had said that about Moran, Ivy - that's interesting.  (Although they could still make another character of their own Moran).

The dog looks more like a detective dog than a guard dog - I can't help feeling that it's there for tracking purposes rather than defending Mary.  Maybe it's just a little joke to use a bloodhound (I keep expecting to see it with a deerstalker and a pipe!).

And I'm keeping in mind that anything can be mind palace!  (or flasback/forward).

Is the Prince house actually part of current filming or just a fun tweet? (Or don't we know?)

Re: Series 4 Setlock (potential spoilers)

I'm sure it's commentary or a fairly high profile interview, where Mark and Steven said about Moran being the '2nd best criminal in London' and therefore a bit of a let down after the master Moriarty.
I just saw the reference to Moran from Setlock, I have no idea of the context and it still could be someone else, calling himself Moran!
