I'm a bit late to the party, but... this means that Moriarty is definitly in S4? I always felt it a bit off that he would be properly and truly dead in the middle of the show, considering he's Sherlock's nemesis.

These pictures were taken while both Loo and Andrew were in Paris for Paris Comic Exposition, I really don't think that there is any connection with setlock.
