Re: Series 4 Setlock (potential spoilers)

I cannot live without brainwork. What else is there to live for? Stand at the window there. Was there ever such a dreary, dismal, unprofitable world? See how the yellow fog swirls down the street and drifts across the dun-coloured houses. What could be more hopelessly prosaic and material? What is the use of having powers, Doctor, when one has no field upon which to exert them?

No wait, what if it's a wedding for The Adventure of the Noble Bachelor?

Noble Bachelor sounds plausible - the wedding was a big part of it.

I do not remember the story but would we need Molly and Lestrade and Mary at this wedding? They were all there yesterday.

Awww...  I loved Loo's earlier tweets.  Including this one.

As for the posts following, very interesting commentary!  We also got this from Arwel…  the building at the site they were recently at, maybe?  Nice old historical one, then.

Aw, Loo was cute in her mustache!

And curious about the wedding too!

Could this be a flashback to TSOT then?
I wonder what use in the narrative this would have in that case? Do we get some revelation about Mary´s past through that? Some proof that there is something between her and David? Or maybe something else entirely?

Looks like a wedding venue, so that's a bit puzzling

That does look an awful lot like where John and Mary got married.

Regarding the 1679, someone pointed out that January 6th, 1979 could be Sherlock's birthday.

It´s still not clear what was filmed there exactly:

Can't think I've ever seen anyone wear a fascinator to a Christening...but maybe to a very posh one.

I am amazed how docile people are this setlock. Casually strolling around rhe set and crew, yet not taking any pictures... hmmm. Very interesting.

Of course we don't know the context but am I the only one who is not too fond of another episode revolving around weddings, christenings....bleh...

Re: Series 4 Setlock (potential spoilers)

I'd rather  a Christening in the sense that I couldn't stand another wedding, heck one was bad enough.
But then I dislike Christenings as much as I do weddings...
But John is the sort of traditional guy to want a Christening.
