Just saw that being posted around earlier and wasn't sure at first if it was fan-made…. love it!

It's going to be very late tonight EST so it may technically be "tomorrow" for a lot of you.

It sure will be! Depending on what site I go on first tomorrow morning I might see the gifs on Tumblr before the video itself.

So it's an American accent for Doctor Strange...
I wish I could keep watching this trailer over and over, but my family keeps calling me away.
I have never desperately wanted to see an comic book movie before now!

Looks and sounds great.
Look forward to seeing it.
He does have an artist's hands, but I don't think that was the only reason for casting him...

This does indeed look like a mixture of "Inception" and "Batman Begins"... but a pretty cool mixture. Even the music is a bit like the OST by Hans Zimmer for those movies.
Benedict's voice is... amazing. Helloooo...??? Does his voice get sexier and sexier or is it just me?

I think his voice is going to age very well - it will still be gorgeous in old age. I somehow missed that Tilda Swinton was in it, until I saw the trailer. I'm not familiar with the character, and the trailer makes it look very much as if it's about how the character came to be. Does this mean there will be sequels?

I think sequels are very likely. The scenes with Tilda remind me very much of "Batman Begins", the first of the three Batman-movies by Chris Nolan. There you also get to see how Bruce Wayne turned into Batman. It seems to be quite similar here, so it could be that the movie will end on some kind of cliffhanger... or at least leave a wide open door for another movie. We might not get all that much Doctor Strange and a lot of Steven Strange in this (first) movie.

I'm not sure what this is from, it just popped up on my Twitter feed
Cute bit about Christopher

It does seem very "Nolanish" with an addtion of "Inceptionish", but since Nolan's trylogy is the only comics based movie I really enjoyed and I liked Inception, as well, it is just fine. Given the beginnings of dr Strange story some parallels between him and Batman were unavoidable, in any case.

"Inception" is also by Chris Nolan, so I'd say the trailer feels "Nolanish" to the extreme.
