I thought the curls looked much longer in the picture from the train... so I'm trying to be hopeful here (yes, I'm a curls-girl).
And gosh, I get more and more excited for each day of Setlock that passes. I might implode soon!

I love that picture of Rupert and his wife.

Who is Rachel Talalay? I am sure I should know her ...
I know her from Doctor Who: she did my favourite ever episode. Of course, she's done lots of other stuff as well, but that's the one that springs to mind for me! I'm quite excited about seeing what she does on Sherlock.
Okay, I just have to ask: Which episode is it?
Heaven Sent! I just checked on IMDB to check I'd got the right title, because I get Heaven Sent and Hell Bent mixed up, and it's rated 2nd of the Nu Who episodes, after Blink, so it looks like it's not just me. It just occurred to me that both Blink and Heaven Sent are kind of atypical Doctor Who episodes and they are the highest rated. However, getting OT. (All we need now to make me happy is for Peter Capaldi to be cast in Sherlock).

I've never seen Rupert's wife. She's lovely.
Any word from Anderson or Donovan yet?

It just looks slicked back, as if he's combed it or brushed his fingers through his hair. He doens't look like he's been in hair and makeup yet. So I have hope for the curls!
And, yay, Ben is on set! This is not a drill!

Oh, exciting! Flashback, do you think?
(I'd planned to stay away from this thread and avoid spoilers, but I'm not doing very well at it!).

Dear Lord...! The fandom's gonna explode with Captain John Watson...
'Could be dangerous.'
Tonnaree, could I have that shot of whisky you were talking about, please? Think I'll pass on the tea this time.
Good God! I love this, it is really so exciting...!

Sorry for all the confusion

Darn.
Oh well, the mental images were nice while they lasted!

Bugger! I was about to melt.

Blast!
The images were indeed... nice to have. Well, you know what I mean.
That edit implies that we must expect something much harsher than an explosion on John.
Sherlock had one happen, quite literally in series 1. I'd say the Fall qualifies as an explosion - or a disintegration, rather.
No, the Fandom will explose all right - trust the writers on this, they did say it would be 'devastating'...
I suppose I'm not the one in thinking it will be an emotional blow.
(Haha. 'blow'. As in 'the wind blows'. As in 'There's an east wind coming' Hahaha)

More flashbacks to soldier John...
Why?
I wonder...

Apparently this is from Mark Gatiss' twitter (according to Sherlockology on Facebook)
THIS IS NOT A DRILL!

Aw, too bad about Captain Watson, would love more John backstory.
