I thought the chances of it being THE episode were slim.
But there must have been more than one with penguins.
Because they were in this one, it showed them underwater. But I'm sure the clip(on Graham Norton?) had them walking on land.
He had said it before I really paid attention.
So you may be right.

The pengwing one is Strange Islands (being part of the Wild Pacific)
But I have seen one South Pacific episode on Netflix and he's got the word perfectly in this one.
