Copper

Watched the premier of Copper on BBC America last night. Not a bad little show, I liked it. Hopefully the TV bigwigs will give it a chance to find its audience instead of cancelling it after 6 shows. I don't really know too much about it yet other than that the main character is an Irish immigrant detective in New York during the mid 1860s and he is trying to find out what happened to his missing wife and who killed his daughter, all while trying to solve and/or prevent other crimes.

"That's how you get your kicks, isn't it? You risk your life to prove you're clever.
Why would I do that?
Because you're an idiot."

"We solve crimes, I blog about it, and he forgets his pants."
