It's a bit blurry and they perhaps used soft focus on it. That's why there are no wrinkles.

Yes, that one was a pap shot. I cannot fathom for the life of me why they're banned here, when all they show is him doing something public in a public place-- there is no violation of privacy in a street pic like that. It's not like someone hired a drone to hover over his house and take pics of him and his family out by the pool, after all.

As I've stated before as a fan and a mod, the pap shots we disapprove of are ones that obviously invade on a private moment that involves family or friends. Photo's of Christopher, pics of any of the stars having a meal somewhere with friends. Pictures of Ben and Sophie that are obviously taken without their knowledge. It's one of those you know them when you see them situations.
On set filming photos, Ben shown posing with fans etc, I have no objection to these.

I agree with you, tonnaree. It does not just depend on the source of the pics but what is shown. If Benedict is filming in a public street or goes to a comic book shop taking selfies with the owner or is greeted in the middle of a film crew by his wife, it is fine.
Photos of private meals, strolls with their baby, cuddling in the back of a cab, etc. are not okay.
I know it is sometimes difficult to draw a line but this should hopefully work.

Supposedly he's on a train to Edinburgh.
I always find it fascinating that he still uses public transport. I thought he could just use private chauffeurs and jets to avoid all the attention.
