Well Sarah Arthur is the costume designer, and it's parked amongst all the costumes for the show, so it's probably clothing of some sort (maybe The Coat). Whatever it is, it's big!

Either that skull has a wicked crossbite, or someone didn't position his mandible correctly under the maxilla. lolol I suspect the latter.
