Oh… dear, those are bad.
I love how Martin and Harrison's expression seem to be in response to it - a mix of concern, disdain, and 'wtf is this thing keep it away from me'.

And again someone saying lovely things about Benedict:
"When you work with actors of this level, who choose carefully what they want or do not want to play it’s a blessing: their commitment is total. Benedict has re-read the book, he studied the script and researched the sources: when we were in London to record his part, we only had a few days to do it, but he was extremely approachable. He came in the studio with no assistant, he brought food from home and he has never shown disinclination to anyone: he was focused only on his work. He gave us a superb and moving interpretation. I still remember the last day of work: we had finally finished, overwhelmed by fatigue; the next morning, at dawn, Benedict had to be on the set of “Doctor Strange”, but before we say goodbye he looks at us and asks if he can repeat a couple of things. We did not know whether to cry or laugh: we’d never seen such a dedication.
— Francesco Patierno, director of the docu-film “Napoli ‘44″ in an interview to the Neapolitan newspaper “Il Mattino” (x)

“Working with him was a delight. I learned so much. It was so often easy to see
what he was like at ten years old. He’s a giggler, and a brilliant mimic and, like
the other boys, he thought nothing of carrying kit up the steps from Barafundle
Bay, even after having been on camera all day”

I love starting my day with a fluttering heart!

Looking at pictures of Benedict should be considered aerobic exercise because it certainly elevates your heart rate.

You may have seen the pics from the train to Edinburgh. Benedict looking lovely. But there is more to it:

Aw, I was wondering what the signing was for! How lovely!

Yes, I was going to ask about the sign, too!

It's quite something that he takes time out of an already very busy schedule to do things like these.

That's a nice story. I don't know whether I would have cried, but if it had been me I would definitely have been surprised and then I would have been excited, I think.

List of all the charities Benedict participated in. Very impressive!
