What I really meant was I hope Benedict has at least 20+ acting years left in him.
I mean obviously he can start directing any time he likes...
I was just being whimsical.
I should also point out I am obviously hoping to live a lot longer than that!

I just hope I can live till Sherlock is finished. Good excuse to take better care of myself.

Random fangirl thought: Somewhere out there, in a desk or a file cabenit, on Mark and Steven's computers, there are actual scripts! Words put down that are actually what's going to happen in S4! Actual answers, and I'm sure a lot more questions. But just the thought of it boggles my mind...........................................

On the script thing: with Steven I wouldn't be so sure...he's notoriously last minute. They always shoot his episodes last.

Did you see that tweet where someone claimed a woman sitting in front of them on a bus/train was reading a s4 Sherlock script? (It was either wishful thinking or a prank, I'd say!)

But surely there are draft scripts by now...
