I cannot live without brainwork. What else is there to live for? Stand at the window there. Was there ever such a dreary, dismal, unprofitable world? See how the yellow fog swirls down the street and drifts across the dun-coloured houses. What could be more hopelessly prosaic and material? What is the use of having powers, Doctor, when one has no field upon which to exert them?

Might be the light or maybe some editing done afterwards, but sometimes his eyes are just so incredibly blue!

Re: Favourite Martin pics

I know I'm a total hypocrite, because I mercilessly slag everybody else for constantly going on about Benedict's hair...
But yes, I like this style on Mr Freeman.

Re: Favourite Martin pics

Nice ones!

That one from the special does make his eyes look very bright, Vhanja, you're right.  It looks like it's from the scene where they have the flashback of the shooting that's partly outside, so it could be from the combination of lighting (and also the editing of the photo later one).

And new parents. I can't wait to see what TPTB do about her pregnancy, the new baby, all of that.

Apparently it was a set up.
But funny, anyway

Re: Favourite Martin pics

Would make sense that it's a set up, but I like it.  I love Amanda's reaction - she likely knows, but she's laughing hard anyway...I would be, too.

Re: Favourite Martin pics

If you edit your post, go into the first img tag and put:

img=640x853

So it will look like
[ img=640x853 ] https://40.media.tumblr.com/47a89a9a85dfaf2e66ab5f93ee5245c4/tumblr_o32f5oTLbI1rpz5xdo1_1280.jpg [ /img ] but without the spaces.

640 is the ideal width for a message board, trouble is you have to be able to work out the height otherwise you get a distorted image.

Edit: I saved the image onto my iPad and opened an image editing app, then went to resize the image, entered "640" as the width in pixels and the app gave me the corresponding height.
