Re: Favourite Mark pictures

I cannot live without brainwork. What else is there to live for? Stand at the window there. Was there ever such a dreary, dismal, unprofitable world? See how the yellow fog swirls down the street and drifts across the dun-coloured houses. What could be more hopelessly prosaic and material? What is the use of having powers, Doctor, when one has no field upon which to exert them?

Bizarre. Moftiss were boasting for a long time that they avoided the usual, old-fashioned Sherlock trappings (like deerstalker and this phrase) in their version. And suddenly they are rejoicing that they put Sherlock back into them? Strange....

Re: Favourite Mark pictures

Who doesn't want to hug this lovely man?

Oh and nakahara, I think they meant they wouldn't want those things in the modern version...but fine for a Victorian outing!

Just this morning you were all tiny and small and made of clay!

I'm working my way up the greasy pole.  It's… very greasy.  And…  pole-shaped.
