Re: The comprehensive Johnlock guide (Johnlockers only)

There is this famous quote from Mark and this little quote from Sherlock and this quite recent quote from John and if you put it together, you get this:

------------------------------
"To fake the death of one sibling may be regarded as a misfortune; to fake the death of both looks like carelessness." Oscar Wilde about Mycroft Holmes

"It is what it is says love." (Erich Fried)

“Enjoy the journey of life and not just the endgame. I’m also a great believer in treating others as you would like to be treated.” (Benedict Cumberbatch)

Wow!

I cannot live without brainwork. What else is there to live for? Stand at the window there. Was there ever such a dreary, dismal, unprofitable world? See how the yellow fog swirls down the street and drifts across the dun-coloured houses. What could be more hopelessly prosaic and material? What is the use of having powers, Doctor, when one has no field upon which to exert them?

Re: The comprehensive Johnlock guide (Johnlockers only)

See knowing Mark and Steven through their respective works I know that there's no accident there... "Where are you going?" comes to mind.

Re: The comprehensive Johnlock guide (Johnlockers only)

Would any Johnlockers like a cup of tea? I'm exhausted from thinking too hard to formulate balanced responses reflecting my opinions (here) and learning dance moves whilst singing, so I'm putting on the light-up see-through kettle and making tea... I'll avoid mixing any body parts in it...

Re: The comprehensive Johnlock guide (Johnlockers only)

Here my theory about Sherlock series 3 being inspired by Swan Lake!

Re: The comprehensive Johnlock guide (Johnlockers only)

I would like a nice cuppa, sure, Little Weed!

And I love your theories, Ho Yay!

Loves those theories Ho Yay! I once saw a real life ugly duckling on the canal near where I grew up. Cutest thing ever.

Re: The comprehensive Johnlock guide (Johnlockers only)

Can I have some tea, too?

Eventually everyone will support Johnlock.   Independent OSAJ Affiliate

... but there may be some new players now. It’s okay. The East Wind takes us all in the end.

Re: The comprehensive Johnlock guide (Johnlockers only)

I wanted to go back to the exchange between Watson and Holmes at the end of STAB.

“Don't think I would [be much at home in such a world]”
“I beg to differ. But then I've always known I was a man out of his time.”

I personally understand that Watson does not see himself as being attracted to men -it is, after all, much leeeeess frowned upon in the 21st century than in the 19th- but that Holmes disagrees -he sees through his Not-Gay-Watson and admits that he is attracted to men, is aware of it, acknowledges it (and acts/fantasises on acting on it).

Or is it me thinking too much?

Re: The comprehensive Johnlock guide (Johnlockers only)

I'll definately have a cookie. Tea's ready I'll leave it in the pot. We shan't let Mycroft be Mother though as that's a disaster. ;)

Re: The comprehensive Johnlock guide (Johnlockers only)

I'll go make another pot of tea -it's so popular it looks like we'd need more than one
