UMQRA = TORCH?
I've been working on this for a while, but tonight thanks to London Spy I got confidence about a part of this solution I had doubts about.
So I used a Keyed Caesar Cipher with the keys Sherlock and 1.
There is a massive explanation of the method and the possible meanings of the result here.
And here the ties with London Spy that gave me more confidence.
Basically Sherlock as a key comes from the name of the show and 1 comes from:
SHERLOCK: I don’t have friends, I’ve just got ONE. (This I suspected before as a farfetched possibility, but
those who've seen London Spy might understand why now I don't think it's so farfetched anymore)

I love this stuff... anyone who says that Mark and Steven really don't write puzzles for us to find in the shows is bonkers IMHO. I mean they write puzzles for Sherlock to solve and I really think they know lots of us who watch also like a good puzzle.
It's a bit like when Sherlock finds the trail left by the little boy in TRF... "Little boy reads all those spy stories."
You can't tell me that wasn't both Mark and Steven when they were younger. I mean sure some theories are way out there but hidden easter egg jokes are great. ;)
