I loved the behind the scenes stuff at the end. I enjoyed Martin talking about the Nigel Bruce approach
I loved those comments also, and found Martin's quick impressions of Nigel quite funny. I got the (American) DVD yesterday, and unfortunately I don't see that
clip among all the great behind-the-scenes stuff included. Hmm.
A bit of the Mark/Andrew interview we saw in the cinema is also not included...
Interesting

I shall stamp my feet and scream(yes I know, I do that a lot!), if any of Mark and Andrew is cut on my dvd!
Interesting that some people already have theirs...
I just got an email from Amazon, saying mine was on the way.I hope for tomorrow, but I don't know.

My DVD got shipped Thursday... I can't wait to get it and see what's actually on it! I've had it preordered since August... it's so odd it's finally on it's way!

Cool! I can understand it feeling strange that it's actually happening after anticipating it and it being in the distant future for so long. I've had that feeling on more than one occasion.

The sad thing is that I ordered it from BBC, in the UK... and Friday I already checked my mailbox just in case...

Well I got my email Friday and vainly hoped the dvd would be here yesterday!

Well I hope you get the DVD soon! See if you notice any more 'missing' stuff. If it's a
matter of the BBC vs. U.S. "Masterpiece" versions, that would be sad, since I'd need to order the BBC version too, I guess. The tour around 221B by Stephen, fan-boying all the small set details that allude to various Sherlock stories..also missing. The Andrew/Mark interview is missing the very beginning, when they are giggling in their matching down jackets. I already mentioned the funny Martin/Nigel clip, gone. Let's hope nothing. major is edited out (from the actual episode,), but it's happened before. 😢
Don't get me wrong, most of the behind-the-scenes stuff is fantastic. The location setups, and all the interviews, just great.

I'll take notes...as soon as I get chance to watch the thing!

Although, I think they said that the Cinema extra's were exclusive? (which was why I was pissed they only showed it in so few countries)

They did, but at the time I didn't actually believe them.

The Abominable Bride is returning to the big screen in selected theatres in the U.S. on December 7.

It's the same here, Lautrela. No chance to watch Sherlock on a big screen. I would so love to... just once...

It's official.
Got my ticket.
Of course I will report back with any new S4 news they might include.
