He says that during his lashing-out at John, firing out deductions (the one with the man in the ugly sweater)
Because "there's nothing wrong with [him]"

@besley, yes, it sounded very much slurred. Not only is French difficult but...have you heard that deduction? Gosh, that must have really been hell to deliver properly. And as Ben said, it's "the hardest one [he]'d had to do" (paraphrasing).

Yes and he did it on nicotine overdose...as he also said, in the commentary I think!

Was Sherlock on nicotine OD at the time? I don't remember (#ashamed).
If TAB had not been just shown and needed the fix and would rewatch THoB right now, because I NEED to know.
But then TAB has just been shown, and I NEED it more

They filmed that scene for HOB, the day after the morgue scene from SIB...when Mycroft gives Sherlock a cigarette?
They needed to keep doing the scene again.
Benedict said he couldn't sleep all night because of a nicotine overdose!
