    I cannot live without brainwork. What else is there to live for? Stand at the window there. Was there ever such a dreary, dismal, unprofitable world? See how the yellow fog swirls down the street and drifts across the dun-coloured houses. What could be more hopelessly prosaic and material? What is the use of having powers, Doctor, when one has no field upon which to exert them?

    Not Pilot!Lock. Pilot!Lock was just a baby.  I much prefer this nicely matured man, one who knows how to dress his fine self, too. And in jeans, albeit black ones. I can't remember too many times I've seen photos of him in jeans. Love the long denim jacket, too. Totally absolutely thud-worthy.  His white pal, there, OTOH, isn't so well-dressed.  heh

    I must admit I have not seen it, partly because my parents watched it and did not like it because they thought it was too slow.  But I like the way he looks in that role, and that photo is nice.

    I confess I didn't fully understand the plot.
    But it had a very period feel about it and the acting was good.
