Yep, I hope Amanda's assessment is correct...
Incidentally, anybody else receiving flack for being mad enough to pay to see it in the cinema?
One of my Sherlockian colleagues posted on my facebook timeline, demanding if I realised the tickets were twice the normal price of cinema tickets...I had no idea and cared even less!

The price did bother me, but I haven't heard anything negative from other fans...

I often receive crap for my Geeky activities.
My response is to point out that it's my money and as long as I'm not hurting anyone, anyone who doesn't like it can kiss my big fat shiny behind.

I didn't want to tell her that I actually bought 2 tickets, one as part of my pal's Xmas present.

Blah, sorry you have to deal with people like that! I did the same thing with the Hamlet cinema ticket, got my Friend a ticket as a Birthday present...
I did get a tiny bit of flack today... I was attending a course provided by the jobcenter, some weeks ago I ordered cinema ticket to see TAB, and I told one of them I've become friendly with. Today we talked about economy and I mentioned what I actually try to get through with per month saying I still had to pay for food, train tickets etc... the one I had become friendly with added a few things to the list, including cinema tickets. She didn't mean it to diminish my decision, as I had explained to her what Sherlock meant to me and she totally understood it... but someone else didn't. She couldn't understand how I could pay for cinema tickets when I can barely eat.
Well. I would feel better if I earned my own money that's true. But still. This is important to me.

I do earn, but low wage...I really don't go the cinema that often and this is an absolute one off.

The older I get the more fun it is to tell certain people to kiss my big fat shiny behind.
It brings me great joy sometimes.

I only go to the cinema for Ben related stuff lately... but I couldn't afford Black Mass.
Sherlock is an important part of my life for me. I don't even care what it costs. Besides, I know what I'm getting for Christmas. I asked for food. So, I should be okay.

That's a quote which should be framed.

I wonder if this is really how they solve the on-screen text thing. Great idea.

It would be a nice choice if they did!

And as always the brilliant minds in our fandom have found the exact shooting location:

Need to see the new one!
Oh I spoke to my Sherlockian colleague today...she caved in and has bought tickets for herself and her hubby- wonder if she's sitting anywhere near me!

Let us know! That'd be quite a fun experience, I imagine.
