I never saw the possible optical illusion before! Ha-ha!

Your photo from the French Open reminded me of another one of them watching a tennis match.
Perhaps their hands are not held exactly the same way, but I couldn't help but think that they are cut from the same cloth when I saw this.

I personally love the outfits they wore to the fashion show (although I never saw a photo where I saw their shoes - nice!) but I agree they look good formal as well as less so.

Nice matching suede shoes (although the heels look uncomfortable).

Also that's a really sweet moment in that gif. It's nice that they were comfortable enough not to mind doing that with lots of people around.

I think a photo with Benedict would be even more special with him holding Sophie's hand.

Are those the (nearly) matching shoes that were referred to in another post (the white ones)?

Also, nice to see them having a nice conversation with a fellow British actor.

I know I'm going to make myself unpopular again here...
I don't understand these modern mothers, being able to leave their small babies.
Sometimes, obviously, it can't be avoided...
But did they really need to attend this event?!

Or did they bring Christopher with them, and he is in the pram next to Ben or next to her?
We don't know so far, so why blame Sophie?
(And why her and not Ben?)

I agree, I'm sure they made the decision together. I'm sure if they weren't so obligated for other reasons, that they would have stayed with their child. We see from other interviews and such that Benedict does what he can to be with them and talks about how well Sophie has been doing throughout the whole thing. I remember one bit where he was hurrying through Hamlet autographs because he needed to go since he had "a baby and a matinee" performance. I think they do their best to be with their child as much as they can, but they do have other obligations that they have to work around.

I understand obligations, of course.
I'm unaware of any Brits celebrating American Independence(although politically I support it, obviously!).

We don't even know if they left their child or if the baby was just around the corner
