Re: Favourite Sherlock/Benedict pictures

Nice chat there on a red carpet:

-----------------------------------

I cannot live without brainwork. What else is there to live for? Stand at the window there. Was there ever such a dreary, dismal, unprofitable world? See how the yellow fog swirls down the street and drifts across the dun-coloured houses. What could be more hopelessly prosaic and material? What is the use of having powers, Doctor, when one has no field upon which to exert them?

Is she a fan, maybe?

I'm quite sure she's a Cumberbabe.

I can't remember her ever not smiling when she's handing out gongs.

Incidentally, nice hair Benedict.

As an American, not that I would pretend to know what it actually means, but Benedict is a royal?  Since when?  Just wondering.

It´s just the next thread in this section - "Let´s talk nicely about Benedict".

Not exactly a royal, but his family from his father´s side was very prominent in diplomatic circles during the reign of Queen Victoria.

That´s why you can find the family on the sites like this:

Re: Favourite Sherlock/Benedict pictures

Timothy Carleton cleans up nice, eh? He's a beautiful old guy.  Ben will look like that, when he's that age.

Just one little comment about the outfit Sophie has on--  do you know how skinny you have to be, not to look like a bag of potatoes in that dress? Goodness.

Re: Favourite Sherlock/Benedict pictures

Here's a larger version of the picture that was published with the article about Ben's support of LAMDA re-building campaign (of which he is a patron of)...

I got this off of The--Cumberbatches tumblr site.

He looks so calmly determined here - lovely photo!
