What, do you get it before or after us?!

We're way behind here, sadly!

I'm painting....
Something special for my son's 6th birthday party...

That's beautiful! Are the stars done by splattering paint?
And happy birthday to him!

Some more "under construction" photos. Tardis is my husband's skilful work.
Can you guess the theme of the party?
His birthday is three weeks away, but we've got a lot to do before then...
Forgot to answer your question Phantom, yes the stars are spattered paint

Your son is a very lucky kid!! That looks like the best Birthday ever!!
The TARDIS looks amazing, I love the effect with the space behind it too, beautifully painted! And I really like the 'Bad Wolf' detail too!

That's so cool, ukaunz! I hope he has a good party.

At this very moment I'm watching 'The Sign of Three'...
Hey, does John actually wink at Sherlock, on the pub crawl, when he's telling him to stop talking?!

I just took a look at that scene. Since his eye is not the one on the same side of his face as the camera, it's hard to tell for sure, but it looks like he might have.

My thoughts entirely.

I'm calling my doctor... I'm 21st in line...
I've been attacked by hives since Friday and I honestly can't figure out why!
I'm allergic to two things, that was found out last year when I kept having attacks... I am allergic towards cats and mold (it started when I worked at the eurovision and the space was an old ship building yard with lots of old mold I suppose..) but I can't find mold in my flat and ice not been in touch with cats.
It could be my lack of vitamins and iron i guess... but blah.
I just want to avoid taking antihistamine, they make me so drowsy for 24 hours!
Oh well. I'm now number 17!

I'm burning my fingers making Ood pops for my son's Doctor Who party. Sugar gets bloody hot in the microwave! They look pretty deformed but I'm beyond caring at this point.
We're also having Adipose, Sonic Screwdrivers and TARDIS party bags

Wow that's so cool.. Great job, ukaunz! How did you make the pops, it sounds and looks really tricky!?

Thanks
I used a candy that looks like this
Softened it in the microwave (really dangerous, it turns into molten lava), rolled it in a ball, stuck it on the end of a stick. Then I cut some jelly snakes into pieces and then into strips to make the squidy bits and inserted them into the face, with some tiny pieces for the eyes. It was just a matter of getting the sculpting to look right, which was very difficult because it so sticky and burning hot! Then the candy re-hardens and keeps its shape, but gravity got to a few so some of them are a bit droopy and deformed.

Juggling eggs- well, not literally...
It's an in-service day at school(no kids), so I'll be finishing early...
Going to cycle to work and hopefully get out on my bike after, as tomorrow I'm attending a cycling course.
But we're having a bring and share meal for lunch today, so I'm somehow going to have to balance my pizzas on my bike!
Plus I'm going to have to wear my tatty, old, straight-leg trousers(because of the bike) and not my brand new flappy ones I wanted to wear!

Thanks guys I enjoy doing this sort of thing but end up getting stressed because I have so much to finish before Saturday afternoon. I still have to make a Tardis cake too! Today I was also downloading music for the pass-the-parcel. At first I thought I'd just play all the DW themes from 1963-2015 (like this one) but then I was worried 12 minutes of theme song might get a bit repetitive, and all the parents might think I'm trying to brainwash their kids Maybe I'll play the other Doctor Who song.

I'm helping my daughter prepare the big annual American Thanksgiving feast. Got to have all the traditional dishes - turkey, stuffing, cranberry sauce, sweet potatoes, pumpkin pie, etc. It's a day to wear loose fitting waistbands.
